This famous Muskoka resort hotel faced its 139th season with declining sales, faded image and new owners who required an agency with quick response and a thorough understanding of the hospitality segment in Canada's preeminent vacation area.

With barely 6 weeks before the resort's re-launch, Exclusive Group's team hit the ground running with a highly integrated approach, developing a new brand, creating compelling ads for internet and print executions with attendant media planning, online customer survey, new website, public relations, brochures, promotions, etc.
Result:
all deadlines achieved; survey response at 9% (1-3% is typical); main dining room full ( a year ago nearly empty)
