Having been a senior partner of several Canadian ad agencies, as well as a public affairs executive at leading financial institutions and government administrations, my strengths are in designing innovative and successful campaigns for presentations, RFP's, pre-leasing marketing packages, large mixed-use development promotions, and property repositioning image programs.
My experience managing JJ BarnickeÍs professional services and portfolio marketing across 23 national offices has led me to be very comfortable assembling landlord listings, pursuit business and broker/tenant promotion programs. In addition my experience with various cities & municipalities across the country has led me to be very comfortable branding & promoting major downtown projects.
My focus is on results-driven programs backed by impressive success rates offering high impact, high awareness and successful brand positioning. This includes everything from strategic plans, marketing campaigns, broker selling materials and executive speeches to industry events, receptions, ground breakings, media conferences and industry presentations.
